We sell French sausage seasonings to butchers including the most extensive range of Merguez seasonings in the UK and a range of fine Provencal products.

These include traditional appetizers such as olive tapenades, vegetable caviars, anchoaide, gourmet mustards and herb and spice blends for the home kitchen.

Our sausage seasonings, condiments and Provencal products are selected from small independent producers.  These “artisans” blend the products to traditional recipes and we hope that the quality of these products speak for themselves once you have tried them. Our aim is to bring you some of the flavours of Provence through our growing product range.
